Responsibilities
- Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process, including posting jobs and screening resumes.
- Coordinate new employee onboarding and orientation activities.
- Maintain accurate employee records in our HRIS system.
- Support payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Conduct research and compile data for HR reports and metrics.
- Handle general HR inquiries via phone and email in a professional manner.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in HR or Business preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
