Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) data and maintain accurate candidate records
- Assist with HR compliance documentation and ensure adherence to federal/state regulations
- Coordinate new hire orientations and prepare onboarding materials
- Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication campaigns
- Assist with benefits administration and employee relations inquiries
- Generate HR reports and analytics for leadership review
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0-2 years of HR or recruitment experience (internships/co-ops welcome)
- Proficiency with HRIS systems (Workday, BambooHR, or similar preferred)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Basic knowledge of employment laws (EEOC, FMLA, etc.)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
