Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, and onboarding top talent
- Assist with HR administration: benefits enrollment, payroll processing, and record maintenance
- Facilitate new employee orientations and training programs
- Manage employee relations inquiries with empathy and professionalism
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
- Support performance management processes and documentation
- Collaborate with department heads on talent acquisition strategies
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in HR, Business, or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
- 0-2 years of HR internship or administrative experience
- Proficiency with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, BambooHR)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of federal and state employment regulations
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
