- Support full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Onboard new hires with streamlined orientation and documentation processes
- Assist with employee relations matters and maintain accurate HR records
- Coordinate training programs and professional development workshops
- Manage HRIS data entry and ensure compliance with federal/state regulations
- Support benefits administration and employee wellness initiatives

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 0-2 years of HR internship or administrative experience
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Valid Louisiana driver's license (if local travel required)
