Responsibilities
- Screen and interview candidates for entry to mid-level positions using structured methodologies
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including job postings, sourcing, and onboarding
- Maintain accurate HRIS records and compliance documentation
- Coordinate interview logistics and candidate communications
- Assist with employee orientation and training programs
- Support HR analytics and reporting initiatives
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 0-2 years of HR/recruitment experience or relevant internship
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, BambooHR)
- Strong understanding of EEOC and ADA compliance requirements
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Valid Louisiana driver's license and reliable transportation
