Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Post job openings across multiple platforms and maintain applicant tracking system
- Coordinate interview logistics and provide timely feedback to candidates
- Assist with employee relations initiatives and conduct new hire orientations
- Support HR compliance documentation and maintain confidential personnel files
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs
- Analyze recruitment metrics and recommend process improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0-2 years of HR internship or administrative experience
- Proficiency with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Basic knowledge of California labor regulations
