Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for open positions using ATS platforms
- Coordinate interview logistics and candidate communication
- Assist with new hire onboarding processes and documentation
- Maintain accurate HR records in compliance with regulations
- Support employee engagement initiatives and event planning
- Conduct reference checks and background verifications
- Collaborate with department heads on hiring needs
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
- 0-2 years of HR or recruitment experience (internships welcome)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proactive problem-solving and organizational abilities
- Oklahoma residency required for local hiring needs
