Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) data and maintain accurate candidate pipelines
- Assist with new employee onboarding processes and documentation
- Coordinate HR administrative tasks including benefits enrollment and record-keeping
- Support employee engagement initiatives and company culture programs
- Assist with compliance-related tasks including I-9 verification and personnel file maintenance
- Generate HR reports and analytics for leadership review
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 0-2 years of HR or recruitment experience (internships welcome)
- Proficiency with HRIS systems (Workday, Greenhouse, or similar preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Proactive problem-solving approach and customer service mindset
- Valid Washington State driver's license (for occasional site visits)
