Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle recruitment: sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews
- Assist with onboarding processes including new hire paperwork and orientation
- Maintain accurate HR records in HRIS platforms (e.g., BambooHR, Workday)
- Administer benefits enrollment and employee inquiries
- Coordinate employee training programs and development initiatives
- Assist with compliance documentation and regulatory filings
- Support employee relations through conflict resolution and policy guidance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 0-2 years of HR internship or administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational abilities
- Basic knowledge of California labor laws and regulations
- Proactive problem-solving approach with customer service mindset
