Responsibilities
- Assist with full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires
- Support employee relations by addressing inquiries and maintaining HR records
- Manage HR documentation including new hire paperwork, I-9s, and benefits enrollment
- Coordinate training programs and professional development initiatives
- Ensure compliance with federal and state labor regulations
- Assist with HRIS data entry and reporting
- Support company culture initiatives and employee engagement activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
