Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle recruitment by posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks
- Facilitate new hire onboarding including document preparation, orientation coordination, and HRIS data entry
- Assist with HR compliance tasks including maintaining personnel files, updating policies, and ensuring ADA/EEO adherence
- Manage employee relations inquiries and documentation while escalating complex issues to HR leadership
- Coordinate HR initiatives including benefits enrollment, training programs, and engagement surveys
- Generate HR reports and analytics using HRIS platforms for workforce planning and decision-making
- Support employee events and recognition programs to foster positive workplace culture
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 0-2 years of HR internship or administrative experience preferred
- Proficiency with HRIS systems (Workday, BambooHR, or similar) and MS Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and confidentiality
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Knowledge of HR compliance regulations (FLSA, FLSA, EEO guidelines)
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- Proactive problem-solving approach and eagerness to learn HR best practices
