Responsibilities
- Assist in full-cycle recruitment including job postings, sourcing candidates, and scheduling interviews
- Support new hire onboarding processes including documentation and orientation
- Maintain HRIS databases with accurate employee information and documentation
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and wellness programs
- Assist with HR compliance matters and policy updates
- Support benefits administration and employee inquiries
- Collaborate with department managers on staffing needs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 0-2 years of HR internship or administrative experience
- Proficiency with HRIS systems (Workday, BambooHR, or similar)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
- Basic knowledge of HR compliance (EEO, FMLA, etc.)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Austin residency preferred (no relocation assistance)
