Responsibilities
- Assist with full-cycle recruitment including job postings, screening, and interview coordination
- Support onboarding processes for new hires including documentation and orientation
- Maintain accurate HR records and personnel files in compliance with regulations
- Administer benefits programs and employee inquiries
- Support HR initiatives including employee engagement activities
- Assist with HRIS data entry and reporting
- Coordinate training sessions and development programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 0-2 years of HR internship or administrative experience
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
- Knowledge of federal and state employment regulations
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
