Responsibilities
- Assist with full-cycle recruitment including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination
- Support onboarding processes for new hires including document preparation and orientation
- Manage HRIS data entry and ensure accuracy of employee records
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and benefits programs
- Assist in organizing company culture initiatives and employee engagement activities
- Support HR compliance documentation and reporting requirements
- Collaborate with department managers on staffing needs and workforce planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 0-2 years of HR internship or entry-level experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, BambooHR) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proactive problem-solving approach and willingness to learn
- Valid Minnesota driver's license (for occasional off-site recruitment events)
