Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle recruitment including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Assist with onboarding processes including new hire paperwork and orientation
- Maintain accurate HR records in HRIS systems and ensure compliance with labor laws
- Coordinate employee relations activities and support performance management initiatives
- Assist with benefits administration and employee communications
- Support HR projects including training coordination and policy updates
- Collaborate with department managers to address staffing needs and HR inquiries
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
- 0-2 years of HR internship or administrative experience
- Strong knowledge of HR principles and California labor regulations
- Proficiency with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, BambooHR) and MS Office
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
