Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through job boards, referrals, and networking events
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews while maintaining accurate interview notes
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from application to offer acceptance
- Coordinate new hire onboarding, including paperwork preparation and orientation
- Assist with HR compliance documentation and policy updates
- Support employee relations initiatives and resolve routine inquiries
- Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) and HR database integrity
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems (Workday experience preferred)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proactive problem-solving mindset and customer service orientation
- Valid Tennessee driver's license and reliable transportation
