Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for open positions across multiple departments
- Conduct initial phone interviews and coordinate interview logistics
- Manage candidate communication throughout the hiring pipeline
- Assist with new hire onboarding processes and documentation
- Maintain accurate applicant tracking system (ATS) records
- Support employee engagement initiatives and training programs
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements
- Participate in HR compliance audits and documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0-2 years of HR/recruitment experience or internship
- Proficiency with ATS platforms (Workday, Greenhouse, or similar)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Basic knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Proactive problem-solving mindset
