Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment processes including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination
- Support onboarding initiatives by preparing new hire paperwork and orientation materials
- Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, BambooHR)
- Coordinate benefits administration and enrollment processes
- Assist with HR compliance documentation and policy updates
- Support employee relations inquiries and resolution processes
- Contribute to HR analytics reporting and metrics tracking
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0-2 years of HR internship or administrative experience preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HR software systems
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Basic knowledge of HR compliance regulations (FLSA, EEOC)
- Customer-service mindset with problem-solving aptitude
- Ability to maintain confidentiality in sensitive situations
