Responsibilities
- Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting and candidate screening.
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding procedures to ensure a smooth transition.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in our HRIS system.
- Coordinate benefits enrollment and answer employee questions regarding payroll and HR policies.
- Conduct new hire orientations and provide necessary training materials.
- Support internal communications and departmental initiatives.
- Assist with HR analytics and reporting as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Attention to detail with the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Basic understanding of labor laws and employment regulations.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
