Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle recruitment processes including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination
- Assist with new hire onboarding, preparing employment documents, and conducting orientation sessions
- Manage employee records in HRIS systems ensuring data accuracy and compliance
- Facilitate employee relations inquiries and escalate complex issues to senior HR staff
- Coordinate HR initiatives including benefits administration, training programs, and engagement events
- Assist in maintaining HR documentation, policies, and regulatory compliance
- Generate HR reports and analytics to support strategic decision-making
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 0-2 years of HR internship or administrative experience preferred
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, BambooHR) and MS Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and confidentiality
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Basic knowledge of employment laws (FL, FLSA, EEOC)
- Proactive problem-solving approach and customer service mindset
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
