Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle recruitment processes including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination
- Assist with onboarding programs to ensure seamless new hire integration
- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation in compliance with federal/state regulations
- Administer employee benefits programs and answer benefits-related inquiries
- Contribute to HR initiatives focused on employee engagement and retention
- Support payroll processing and timekeeping systems
- Assist with HR compliance audits and policy updates
- Participate in community outreach events representing company HR services
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 0-2 years of HR internship or administrative experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, BambooHR)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software
- Basic understanding of federal/state labor laws (FLSA, FLSA, EEOC)
- Proactive problem-solving approach with attention to detail
