Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle recruitment: sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews
- Manage employee onboarding processes including documentation and orientation
- Maintain HRIS databases ensuring data accuracy and regulatory compliance
- Assist with employee relations initiatives and conflict resolution
- Prepare HR reports and analytics for talent strategy development
- Coordinate benefits administration and enrollment processes
- Support compliance with federal/state labor regulations (EEOC, FMLA, etc.)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0-2 years of HR internship or administrative experience preferred
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms (Workday, BambooHR, or similar)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational abilities
- Basic knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Valid Tennessee driver's license (if local travel required)
