Responsibilities
- Assist with full-cycle recruitment including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination
- Onboard new hires and manage employee records in HRIS systems
- Support employee relations initiatives and resolve routine inquiries
- Coordinate HR compliance documentation and maintain up-to-date personnel files
- Assist with benefits administration and enrollment processes
- Participate in HR projects including engagement surveys and training programs
- Support payroll processing and timekeeping accuracy
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0-2 years of HR internship or administrative experience
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms (Workday or BambooHR preferred)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Basic knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Proactive problem-solving approach
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
