Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle recruitment: sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding
- Assist with employee relations: address inquiries, document incidents, and maintain HR records
- Manage HRIS data entry, ensuring accuracy and compliance with federal/state regulations
- Coordinate employee benefits administration and enrollment processes
- Support training initiatives and assist with new hire orientation programs
- Assist in preparing HR reports and maintaining compliance documentation
- Contribute to HR projects focused on improving employee engagement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0-2 years of HR internship or administrative experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and confidentiality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems (Workday/BambooHR experience a plus)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of HR regulations (FLSA, Title VII, EEO)
- Proactive problem-solving mindset and customer service orientation
