Responsibilities
- Assist with full-cycle recruitment including job postings, sourcing candidates, and scheduling interviews
- Support employee onboarding processes including new hire paperwork and orientation coordination
- Maintain accurate HR records and databases in compliance with federal/state regulations
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures
- Assist with benefits administration including enrollment and claims processing
- Coordinate training programs and development initiatives for staff
- Support HR projects such as performance reviews and employee engagement surveys
- Ensure compliance with EEO, FMLA, and other employment laws
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 0-2 years of HR experience or relevant internship/co-op experience
- Basic knowledge of HRIS systems (Workday, BambooHR, or similar)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proactive problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn
