Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle recruiting: sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and extending offers
- Assist with onboarding processes: preparing new hire paperwork, conducting orientations, and maintaining employee records
- Administer benefits programs: enrollments, changes, and employee inquiries about health/dental/vision plans
- Contribute to HR compliance: maintaining accurate personnel files, updating policies, and ensuring regulatory adherence
- Support employee engagement initiatives: organize team events, conduct satisfaction surveys, and address routine HR inquiries
- Utilize HRIS systems (Workday/BambooHR) for data management and reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 0-2 years of HR experience or relevant internship/co-op experience
- Strong knowledge of federal/state employment regulations (EEOC, FLSA)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR information systems
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to interact professionally at all levels
- Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail and confidentiality
- Proactive problem-solving approach and adaptability in fast-paced environments
