Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle recruitment processes including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination
- Assist with onboarding new hires and maintain employee records in HRIS systems
- Administer employee benefits programs and resolve benefits-related inquiries
- Contribute to HR compliance documentation and policy updates
- Support employee engagement initiatives and cultural events
- Assist with performance management processes and exit interviews
- Manage HR administrative tasks including document processing and reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 0-2 years of HR internship or administrative experience preferred
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms (Workday, BambooHR, or similar)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Basic knowledge of federal and state employment regulations
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
