Responsibilities
- Assist in full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Onboard new hires and manage employee documentation systems
- Support HR compliance initiatives and maintain personnel files
- Coordinate employee training programs and development workshops
- Administer benefits enrollment and assist with HRIS data management
- Handle employee inquiries and resolve basic HR-related issues
- Assist with performance review cycles and recognition programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 0-2 years of HR internship or entry-level experience
- Strong knowledge of HRIS systems (Workday or SAP preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Valid Tennessee driver's license (required for local travel)
- SHRM-CP certification or willingness to pursue within 6 months
