Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for government contracts
- Onboard new hires and maintain accurate personnel records in HRIS systems
- Assist with employee relations inquiries and resolve workplace conflicts
- Coordinate training programs and professional development initiatives
- Ensure compliance with federal labor regulations and EEO guidelines
- Manage HR documentation and prepare regulatory reports
- Support benefits administration and open enrollment processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 0-2 years of HR internship or administrative experience
- Strong knowledge of federal employment regulations (EEO, FLSA)
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP) and MS Office Suite
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with ability to handle confidential information
- Proactive problem-solving approach and adaptability
