Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
- Assist with employee relations matters and maintain HR documentation
- Manage HRIS data entry and ensure record accuracy
- Coordinate training programs and professional development initiatives
- Support compliance with federal and state labor regulations
- Assist with benefits administration and employee inquiries
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback for improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0-2 years of HR internship or administrative experience
- Proficiency with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, BambooHR)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
- Knowledge of CA labor laws and compliance requirements
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
