As a key member of our People Operations team, you'll gain hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and employee relations – all while developing critical HR skills under mentorship from seasoned professionals. Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle recruitment including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination
- Manage new hire onboarding processes and documentation
- Assist with employee relations matters and policy implementation
- Maintain HRIS records and ensure data accuracy
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and events
- Support compliance with federal/state employment regulations
- Assist with benefits administration and employee inquiries
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0-2 years of HR internship or administrative experience
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proactive problem-solving mindset
- Valid Ohio driver's license (if travel required)
