Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle recruitment process including job postings, sourcing candidates, and scheduling interviews
- Assist with onboarding processes to ensure seamless employee integration
- Manage HRIS data entry and maintain accurate employee records
- Coordinate employee training programs and development initiatives
- Support HR compliance documentation and reporting requirements
- Assist in resolving employee inquiries and maintaining positive workplace culture
- Conduct new hire orientations and benefits enrollment sessions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0-2 years of HR internship or administrative experience preferred
- Proficiency with HRIS systems (Workday, BambooHR, or similar)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Basic knowledge of federal/state employment regulations
