Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle recruitment by sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and conducting interviews
- Manage onboarding processes for new hires including documentation and orientation
- Assist with employee relations by addressing routine inquiries and maintaining HRIS records
- Coordinate training programs and professional development initiatives
- Ensure compliance with federal and state employment regulations
- Support HR administration including benefits administration and leave management
- Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 0-2 years of HR internship or administrative experience preferred
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (Workday or SAP a plus)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Basic knowledge of employment laws (EEO, ADA, FLSA)
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
