- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and culture-building activities
- Support benefits administration and employee inquiries
- Assist with compliance documentation and HR reporting
- Collaborate with department heads on staffing needs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 0-2 years of HR internship or entry-level experience
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, BambooHR)
- Basic knowledge of California employment laws
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
