Responsibilities
- Support recruitment processes including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination
- Assist with onboarding new hires and maintain accurate employee records
- Administer benefits programs and address employee benefits inquiries
- Contribute to HR compliance initiatives and documentation maintenance
- Support employee engagement activities and workplace culture initiatives
- Assist with HR analytics and reporting for leadership insights

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 0-2 years of HR internship or administrative experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, BambooHR) and MS Office Suite
- Knowledge of HR compliance regulations (EEO, ADA, FLSA)
