Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle recruitment process including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination
- Assist with onboarding new hires and maintaining personnel records
- Administer employee benefits programs and answer benefits-related inquiries
- Contribute to HR compliance documentation and policy updates
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and training sessions
- Manage HRIS data entry and reporting functions
- Support HR administrative tasks including scheduling and correspondence
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0-2 years of HR internship or administrative experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, BambooHR)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Proactive problem-solving approach and collaborative mindset
- Authorized to work in the United States
