Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for open positions using LinkedIn and job boards
- Coordinate interview logistics and maintain candidate communication pipelines
- Assist with onboarding processes including new hire paperwork and orientation
- Support HR compliance initiatives including I-9 verification and record maintenance
- Manage employee files and HRIS data entry with confidentiality
- Conduct exit interviews and compile feedback reports
- Assist in developing HR policies and employee handbooks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 0-2 years of HR internship or administrative experience
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, BambooHR)
- Strong attention to detail with confidential handling of sensitive information
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Basic knowledge of employment laws (EEO, FMLA, FLSA)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
