Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for open positions using ATS platforms
- Coordinate interview logistics and maintain candidate communication pipelines
- Assist with new hire onboarding, including document preparation and orientation
- Support HR compliance initiatives and maintain personnel records
- Facilitate employee engagement activities and culture-building initiatives
- Assist in processing payroll and benefits administration tasks
- Generate HR reports and analytics for leadership review
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0-2 years of HR internship or administrative experience preferred
- Proficiency with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, BambooHR)
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Detail-oriented with high accuracy in data handling
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Valid North Carolina driver's license (for occasional off-site recruitment events)
