Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment pipeline including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination
- Facilitate seamless employee onboarding processes including new hire paperwork and orientation
- Assist with benefits administration, enrollment, and employee inquiries
- Maintain accurate HR records and personnel files in compliance with federal/state regulations
- Support employee relations initiatives and resolve routine workplace concerns
- Assist with HR analytics reporting and data management
- Collaborate with department heads on talent acquisition strategies
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 0-2 years of HR/recruitment experience or relevant internship
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, BambooHR)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Basic knowledge of employment laws (EEOC, FLSA)
- Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving aptitude
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
