Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
- Assist with employee relations inquiries and documentation
- Maintain HRIS systems and personnel files with precision
- Coordinate new hire orientations and training programs
- Support compliance with federal/state labor regulations
- Administer benefits enrollment and employee communications
- Assist with HR analytics and reporting initiatives
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in HR, Business, or related field
- 0-2 years of HR internship or administrative experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software
- Knowledge of Arizona employment regulations preferred
