Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle recruitment processes including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination
- Assist with onboarding new hires to ensure smooth integration into company culture
- Maintain and update HRIS databases with accurate employee records
- Support HR compliance initiatives including documentation and policy updates
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and training programs
- Assist with benefits administration and employee inquiries
- Contribute to HR reporting and data analysis projects
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 0-2 years of HR or administrative experience (internships welcomed)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
- Knowledge of HR compliance regulations (EEOC, FMLA)
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Proactive problem-solving mindset
