Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Manage candidate communications and maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) data accuracy
- Assist with new hire onboarding processes including document preparation and orientation coordination
- Conduct reference checks and background verifications for potential hires
- Support HR administrative tasks including maintaining personnel files and updating HRIS
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand departmental staffing needs
- Assist in organizing recruitment events and employer branding initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0-2 years of HR/recruitment experience or relevant internship
- Proficiency with HR software (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, or similar ATS)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Basic knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Proactive problem-solving approach and eagerness to learn
