Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle recruitment process including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination
- Assist with onboarding new hires to ensure smooth integration into the company
- Maintain and update HR databases with accurate employee information
- Administer employee benefits programs and answer benefits-related inquiries
- Assist with HR compliance documentation and record-keeping
- Support employee engagement initiatives and company culture programs
- Prepare HR reports and analytics for leadership review
- Collaborate with department managers on staffing needs and HR processes
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 0-2 years of HR internship or administrative experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, BambooHR)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proactive problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license (if occasional off-site recruitment required)
