Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle recruitment including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination
- Assist with onboarding processes including new hire paperwork and orientation preparation
- Manage employee records in HRIS systems ensuring data accuracy and compliance
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and benefits administration
- Coordinate HR initiatives including training sessions and employee engagement activities
- Assist with payroll processing and time-off tracking using HR software
- Support compliance with federal and state employment regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 0-2 years of HR internship or administrative experience preferred
- Proficiency with HRIS systems (Workday, BambooHR, or similar)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Basic knowledge of employment laws and regulations
