Responsibilities
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews for open positions
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from posting to offer acceptance
- Coordinate new hire onboarding including paperwork and orientation
- Assist with employee relations inquiries and documentation
- Update and maintain HRIS databases with accurate employee information
- Support HR initiatives including performance reviews and training programs
- Collaborate with department managers on staffing needs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 0-2 years of HR internship or administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
