Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle recruitment including job postings, sourcing candidates, and scheduling interviews
- Assist with new employee onboarding processes including document preparation and orientation coordination
- Manage HRIS data entry and ensure employee records are accurate and up-to-date
- Support employee relations initiatives including conflict resolution and policy communications
- Assist with HR compliance documentation and reporting requirements
- Coordinate HR administrative tasks including benefits administration and leave management
- Participate in HR projects and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 0-2 years of HR internship or administrative experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, BambooHR)
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
- Proactive problem-solving approach and eagerness to learn
- Valid authorization to work in the United States
