Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
- Assist with employee relations matters, conflict resolution, and policy implementation
- Manage HRIS data entry and maintenance for accurate personnel records
- Coordinate new hire orientations and training programs
- Assist with benefits administration and enrollment processes
- Support compliance with federal and state labor regulations
- Collaborate with department managers on staffing needs and workforce planning
- Participate in HR projects and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 0-2 years of HR internship or administrative experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, BambooHR)
- Basic knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance requirements
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
- Proactive problem-solving skills with a customer service mindset
