Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through job boards, referrals, and social media platforms
- Schedule interviews and coordinate logistics with hiring managers and candidates
- Onboard new hires by preparing documentation and conducting orientation sessions
- Maintain accurate applicant tracking system (ATS) data and recruitment metrics
- Assist with HR compliance documentation including I-9 verification and background checks
- Support employee relations inquiries and resolve routine HR issues
- Collaborate with team on employer branding initiatives and job posting optimization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 0-2 years of HR/recruitment experience or relevant internship
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Basic knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance standards
