Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and employee referrals
- Conduct initial phone interviews and coordinate in-person interview logistics
- Manage new hire onboarding processes including paperwork preparation and orientation scheduling
- Assist with employee records management in HRIS systems and ensure data accuracy
- Support employee relations initiatives by responding to routine inquiries and escalating complex issues
- Collaborate with HR team on recruitment campaigns and employer branding activities
- Assist with compliance documentation and HR administrative tasks
- Participate in HR projects focused on improving workplace culture and engagement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 0-2 years of HR internship or administrative experience preferred
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (Workday, BambooHR, or similar)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Basic knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Proactive problem-solving mindset and customer service orientation
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation
