Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for open positions using ATS platforms
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process including job postings and interview scheduling
- Coordinate new hire onboarding and documentation compliance
- Assist with employee relations inquiries and policy implementation
- Maintain accurate HRIS records and generate recruitment analytics
- Support HR initiatives including benefits administration and training coordination
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0-2 years of HR/recruitment internship or entry-level experience
- Proficiency with HRIS systems (Workday/BambooHR preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Proactive problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Valid California driver's license (if local travel required)
